Instructions to use Wii U adapter Native Support not working - DOL-003 - 08-31-2015
Hello, I've been reading this page

and successfully installed the driver with Zadig as it said to do, but in Dolphin 4.0, I can't do what it says to do next:
"With any necessary installation complete, run Dolphin, and check "Direct Connect" under GameCube Adapter in the Controller Settings. Set GameCube ports to "Standard Controller" corresponding to each port on the adapter that is plugged in with the actual GameCube controller. The setup for the adapter is now completed. To test, simply start a game that uses GameCube controllers."
There is no 'direct connect' under controller settings, probably because there is no controller settings. What is up with that?
If I go into config>gamecube tab>device settings partition, it shows memory cards and controller ports 1-4 and dropdown menus to choose controller, but no direct connect!

Nvm, I figured it out. Though now I'm worried I can't run dolphin at all on my computer. yay.
