Any news regarding synced memory savefiles for Game Cube netplay? - Biofreak - 08-31-2015
I remember that the old experimental dualcore netplay versions had a feature, which synced a memory savefile before the game started.
Will there be a return of this? It made setting up netplay sessions for games like mario party way easier.

you have to manually get eachothers save files, as far as i know, which is really not difficult

Granted it's not too hard but just having the option to sync to one player's card automatically sounds really convenient.
That could and probably should be the next big feature, being able to pick one player and use their save file. That would save so much time. No more copying folders and files. Just pick a dedicated player and go.
