Do only certain games start on netplay? (trouble with Metroid Prime) - RQuest - 08-30-2015
Hello, my friend was going to stream Metroid Prime and I was going to watch but instead I wanted to see if I could just watch it in real time through netplay, we play Project M through netplay often and don't have any troubles but when we tried to start it up (Metroid Prime on Gamecube), all we got was a black screen.
I also wanted to try Streaming Metroid Prime trilogy with netplay while my friend played and have my pad disabled but I heard games with wiimotes don't work because of desyncs, but If I'm not actually playing it wouldn't be a problem right?

Do the MD5 hashes on both of your copies of Metroid Prime match?

Metroid Prime does not fully support the deterministic dualcore setting required for dualcore netplay, so you will be stuck on single core. That's likely the cause of the black screen.
