Nintendo 64 based games do not work now - Zachvlol - 08-30-2015 I have been playing these games off and on yesterday paper mario worked perfectly, today it just opens, plays its theme and the screen stays black. Could it be a setting in the graphics menu that did this, i changed the grapics settings so i could play mario kart wii, got it working perfectly with no lag, I even recorded it. I tried to open ledgend of zelda, ocarina of time, It did the same thing paper mario did. then I opened super mario world it worked perfectly. confused about this i messed around in the graphics settings and changed them a bit, still nothing worked, i changed the backend. i cant seem to fix it myself.
RE: Nintendo 64 based games do not work now - Shonumi - 08-30-2015 Can you post screenshots of your setting for us to see? We might be able to see something you don't. RE: Nintendo 64 based games do not work now - JMC47 - 08-30-2015 I don't know of any settings that'd break all N64 games except perhaps setting the CPU backend to JITIL; and even then some games would still work. RE: Nintendo 64 based games do not work now - Zachvlol - 08-31-2015 Yes, yes. I will go home and take screenshots. i will put it on my sd card then send them to you when i possibly can. That being said, I agree with Major, ensure JIT is enabled and possibly try to disable Selective dual core (or whatever the new name for it now is) |
