Can't export save file - Dbrown - 08-29-2015
Hi, I am using dolphin 5.0-rc19 and when I try to export a wii save file. I get: 'export failed' error. Is there an alternative method?
And what is the best program for the wii to implement the save? thanks

That did the trick thanks! I just tried SaveGame Manager GX, but it doesn't support .bin files. Is here an other app that does?

Sounds like one of the known bugs, then. It will hopefully be fixed before the final 5.0 release.

I think you're supposed to use the Wii system menu for data.bin files. If you want to get the save data in a format that isn't data.bin, right-click on the game in Dolphin, select Open Wii save folder and copy the files that are in there.
