Hi,
where can I find the last and most up-to date 32-bit android build?
Since armv7 has been dropped in favor of v8, I can´t compile from source, can I?

The last stable build that supported ARMv7 is the one on the play store. It got /substantially/ more unstable immediately after that release.
You can force a compile from source, but you'll only have the interpreter, which won't be fun on your end.
