The Google Code Dolphin page has now officially gone read-only. As a new issue tracker hasn't been announced yet there is no way to report bugs at the moment. Is the transition to a new tracker complete? Will we be getting an announcement about it soon?

The transition to a new tracker is not complete. I hope it will be soon, but there is no concrete information at the moment.
