In that case , you should get i5 4460 and buy a better graphic card
IF budget isn't a problem , you may shoot for i7 4790k + Gigabyte H97 mobo . i7 4790k can turbo upto 4.4GHz automatically , no need to overclock

To answer your question, no there is no benefit aside from oc
