Specs:
i have v.4.0.2, the latest stable version, and run it with unmodified graphics
Im running it on a laptop (no judge plz, it was a gift) specs are:
Intel core i7-5500u cpu @ 2.40ghz
8 gig installed ram
64 bit, x64 based proccessor
aaaaaand a nvidia geforce 940m graphics card
I can run all my games at 60 fps while not in full screen. Everytime i play any game, however, dolphin crashes, giving me the message Dolphin.exe has stopped working. is there some settings i could change so this doesnt happen?

Try upgrading to the latest development version or release candidate. 4.0.2 is several years old by now.
