The only device on dolphin is DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse - IEatBabies - 08-22-2015
Followed Zadig and my adapter is now detected ( as shown here http://puu.sh/jJYMk/65af55809c.png) however when I go to configure the controller the only drop down option I have is DInput/0/Keyboard Mouse

It's not supposed to show up in the controller configuration. If you start a game and try to use a GC controller plugged into slot 1 of the adapter, it should work with your current settings.

Just make sure direct connect is enabled.
