Native android build on Sprint Galaxy S6, Screen will not refresh frames - Hox6 - 08-21-2015

Hey, so I'm running the latest veraion of lollipop 5.1.1, and iv managed to get the game to run at ~30 Fps. The problem is that even though dolphin says im running at ~30Fps the game freezes after the last logo (past the health and safety screen for all games). Heres where it get strange if I save in slot 1, then close and re-open the game it will bring me to a single frame where I left off, in this case the Gamecube storage settings. I can repeat this process to go as far as I want.
I dont know why this is occurring, i can post my setting (Open Gl ES 3) later.
Thank you for any feedback.

Hacks

It's some sort of bug that Samsung introduced in to the Mali video drivers in their Android 5.1 update.
In the 5.0 update it was working fine. I've looked in to it a little bit, but I can't find any real reason why it is failing.

It's like it shows the first ~5 frames, and then just stops updating. It's really peculiar.

Thank you, does the LinuxOnAndroid(Rooted) version still experiance this problem?

I don't even know if Linux on Android works on these newer Android devices due to them being a more hardened unix space and requiring PIE on everything.

Hey, so I continued the process of saving and exiting till i got to the gameplay (Starfox: Assault ). As soon as the gameplay started the game stopped freezing, and ran smoothly at 15fps. Does the driver bug exclude this?
