Well, it has Cortex-A72s as its performance CPUs, so it is the best for CPU performance.
Only disappointment is the Mali.

Well I mean as far as smartphones go, this is still probably the fastest chipset available, even with the driver bottlenecks. The S810 is basically DOA, and the Exynos 7420 is great but the A57's are supposed to be gently steamrolled by the A72.

Plug a microphone into the shield TV and install Skype on it.
You'll have to figure out the power source though. And the display.

According to preliminary benches (as supplied by ARM), the A72 will only be 16-25% faster than a standard A57, so Shield TV should still end up being faster.

Shield tv is not a smartphone, I said smartphone... . In october middle we will can buy a best smartphone with kyrin 950 or helio x30
And we will can choose dolphin-master-4.0-7373.apk or dolphin-stable-5.0-rc-19.apk in newer builds for play dolphin in our smartphone

I wouldn't recommend 5.0 for Android. The release schedule is only for the PC builds, so important Android bugfixes aren't going to make it into 5.0.
