Freedreno now supports OpenGL ES 3.0 - DatKid20 - 08-18-2015 http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=news_item&px=Freedreno-GLES-3 Is there anyway we can test the performance? RE: Freedreno now supports OpenGL ES 3.0 - Sonicadvance1 - 08-18-2015 Last time I tested the performance was fairly good. We'll need a Snapdragon 808/810 dev board now to get any real performance benchmarks out of it. RE: Freedreno now supports OpenGL ES 3.0 - Nintonito - 08-18-2015 Is it even possible to install these drivers on android? It looks like it would be a huge benefit for power users. Although tbh real power users aren't using snapdragon based devices. RE: Freedreno now supports OpenGL ES 3.0 - Sonicadvance1 - 08-18-2015 It has been built for Android, but there are a lot of issues towards getting there. Unless you think the only requirement is a microsd slot and a removable battery(08-18-2015, 06:11 AM)Nintonito Wrote: Is it even possible to install these drivers on android? And yes i do plan on getting a nvidia android tv because it is the most powerful android device to date. I am a power user. I believe our defintion of a power user may be a little different though.(08-18-2015, 08:16 AM)Shadicbypass Wrote:You're doing real power user wrong then.
