Can't Run Naruto Gekitou Ninja Taisen 3 - AkuAkane - 08-17-2015
Computer specs are
Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit (6.1, Build 7601)
Processor/CPU: Intel Core i5-2410M @ 2.30 GHz
Video Card/GPU: Intel HD Graphics 3000
Memory/RAM: 6144MB RAM (I don't know the brand)
Dolphin Revision Currently Using: 4.0 (I don't know if its x86 or x64)
Whenever I run the game I can get to the title screen, but as soon and I press start I get a really loud buzzing noise that doesn't stop and the game freezes.
Not sure what dolphin settings you guys need to figure out the issue but just ask and I'll give.

Try the latest version or 5.0-rc.
