Gecko and Virtual SD Issue - Kurausukun - 08-17-2015

I downloaded the full version of P:M today and replaced all of my files on my virtual SD card which I had been using ever since the beta came out. However, there is a strange issue; everything loads correctly except for my music--instead, it plays a sped-up, noisy version of the original song. This happened at first when I made the SD card for the beta, but it somehow resolved itself, and I'm not sure how.

There is a workaround for this--enabling "Speed Up Disc Transfer Rate" causes my music to load properly. However, as I have just learned in a recent thread I made, enabling it also makes the game stutter when loading certain things. Is there a way I can "fix" it so that my music works even without SUDTR? (If I've forgotten any necessary details, let me know)

Change the hook type to VBI
