Hi, I'm new to the dolphin emulator and I tried looking through the threads for my solutions for running it properly and can't find it. I'm trying to play NBA Street V3 at 100 percent but I don't know why the FPS drops. Any help is appreciated...........

I dunno, maybe it has something to do with your pc being very slow...

No. Your laptop is too weak in every regard to run Dolphin.

I can't imagine a system like that could run Dolphin , don't talk about FPS , it's a miracle that Dolphin could even start working
