Dear Developers wonderful dolphin emulator, would you NOT MUCH more to develop the emulator as something for the user to install the windows as a Win32 program. It was much better in versions 3.0 and 3.5, where the user only extract the files and executed the application.

Only stable builds have installers (e.g. 4.0, 4.0.1, and 4.0.2). The development builds (e.g. 4.0-7000) do not require an installation. If you want to use Dolphin by extracting files, I would recommend using the development builds instead of the stable builds
