If i dump my mario kart double dash on my pc will it destroy my disc or will i just be able tu use it for my gamecube again after dumping the ISO?

You need a Wii that is capable of running Homebrew to dump discs. Very few PC disc drives are able to read GameCube and Wii discs.

You disc will not be affected at all. The only thing dumping does is to read data from the disc, just like a console does when you're playing the game.

Otherwise you will need a Wii U in vWii mode that is hacked (only Wii games can be backed up), or a hacked Wii (Gamecube and Wii games can be backed up).
Nothing will happen to your discs, because they are Read Only, meaning you can't overwrite them and you can't delete things off.
