Which wireless controller works best with Dolphin?
Xbox 360/One
PS3/PS4
Wii U Pro Controller

Currently, you can't use an xbone controller wirelessly on a PC, I think most people would say a PS4 controller would be best, but I have never used one.

If you're playing GameCube games, it's best to get the Wireless Wavebird GameCube controller and use the GC Adapter
Otherwise, the PS4 controller is the best, and second easiest to use next to the 360 controller Wink
PS3 is really hard to get working, especially on Vista or newer.

No it isn't. All you need is the XInput Wrapper for DS3 and it should work flawlessly if you have a supported BT device.

@OP Xbox 360, One and PS3/4 controllers should all work. Whichever is best comes down to what controller you find more comfortable.

Well I updated to Windows 10 so the Wii U Pro controller wont be working anytime soon.

So the PS4 controller works with any bluetooth device on a PC?

I am on windows 10 too and it works without a flaw. The guy updated his program this week.

Thanks for the heads up, got the toshiba app to install as an exe and its recognised in the toshiba app but when I open Project 64, it doesnt see it. Did you follow the reddit guide? If not please tell me what you did

hm I don't understand exactly where your problem started. I will tell you what I did.

1. Install the toshiba BT-Stack

The is the most tricky part. If your BT-dongle is supported by the stack you simply install and you are good to go. If not, follow the instructions presented here: http://www.reddit.com/r/wiiu/comments/1hzppk/wii_u_pro_controller_as_gamepad_on_windows_8_with/ works exactly the same on windows 10

2. Download WiinUSoft 2.0 here: http://www.wiinupro.com/downloads and unpack it somewhere

3. Install the included SCP driver (folder WiinUSoft 2.0/SCPDriver/ScpDriver.exe) In the Setup-Window uncheck BT-Driver

4. Deactivate the 30-Day Trial

These are all the preperations. To use the Pro Controller with your PC you just have to connect it and start WiinUSoft

a. Connect your WiiU ProController via the Toshiba BT-Manager

b. Start WiinUSoft

c. Hit the xbox logo to connect it as an XBox-Controller

d. Start the game you want to play
