Is there a way to change the textures folder, and put it in another drive? I haven't so much empty space on C.

You can use NTFS symbolic links. Steam Mover can be used for that, even if Dolphin doesn't have anything to do with Steam.

You can either:
- Change your Global User Directory location (how to: https://dolphin-emu.org/docs/guides/controlling-global-user-directory/)
- Create a symlink and only move the textures to another drive (how to: http://lifehacker.com/5496652/how-to-use-symlinks-in-windows)
