Need for Speed games FMVs corrupted! - Fuszion - 07-26-2015

Something I have noticed, is all the need for speed games FMVs don't play correctly!
The sound is correct and sounds fine, but the video is all messed up!
Does anybody know why this is? 
I haven't noticed it with any other games, only the NFS series!

Here is what it looks like for the most part during all the FMVs.
You can hear the audio the whole time with no problem, and you can see changing in the video, but you cant really see anything!
It doesn't crash, and when its over, the game runs and plays with no problems!
It's not a game breaking issue, I'm just interested in why this problem even exists!
Or more so, why only the NFS series!

I have the most recent version of Dolphin and its doing it! So I really don't know why it would be marked as "fixed".

The videos seem to work fine with no Anisotropic Filtering and no Force Texture Filtering. Disable filtering, they are enhancements with no guarantees that they work without issues.

OK. I was able to turn off "Force Texture Filtering" and the picture below was the result!
Not perfect, but a hell of a lot better!

I could not turn off "Anisotropic Filtering" I can only bring it down to 1.
Is there a way to make it better, or is this the best I can get?
I don't really care about the FMVs, I'm just very interested in how and why this happens to EA games, and how to fix it!
