Bad Performance on latest Build (7099) - Sno0t - 07-26-2015 Hey everyone, I tried to jump from my current version (4.0 -4980) to the latest dev build. Unfortunately it is not performing well... I tried Luigis Mansion in both of the revisions, with the same configurations. On the old build it runs absolutely smooth. no problems at all. I even can use the framelimit trigger (TAB) to increase the FPS to 300+, however, in the latest Build i only get 25 FPS. I am using D3D Backend. Sys Specs are: Win 7 64 bit GTX970 8 GB RAM I5 4690 Haswell Architecture Games start from a USB3 HDD While dolphin is on internal hdd Is anyone else having this Issue? Heres what I tried already: Changin native resolutions from lowest to highest - No real Change in behaviour, slight fps improvements (like 4-6 fps).. Enabling and disabling various configs (MSAA Anti aliasing etc.) - No changes in FPS..the visuals just got worse xD Changing to OGL - FPS Boost, GC games run smoohly...almost perfect., Wii Games really worsend (Last Storay from 30 FPS down to 15-20 fps) Any tips? Anyone else having this? Thanks in advance mates =D Sno0t RE: Bad Performance on latest Build (7099) - swallis7 - 07-26-2015 Yea, my performance is really lousy now!! I had to go back to 4.0-7084 to get it working good again. My System Specs: --------------------- Windows 7 64-bit AMD Dual-Core A6-5400K Black Ed. APU 3.6 GHz Radeon HD 7540D 4 GB DDR3 1600 MHz RE: Bad Performance on latest Build (7099) - Sno0t - 07-26-2015 I've just seen that this issue is alreadx reported here: https://code.google.com/p/dolphin-emu/issues/detail?id=8818 Current workaround:enable xfb. Only d3d seems to be affected. RE: Bad Performance on latest Build (7099) - MayImilae - 07-26-2015 A fix is already in the works! |
