The problem is the Intel Atom CPU that the phone has.

Why nokia n1 has same chip as asus zenfone 2 4gb variants can play dolphin emu i seen it on youtube. Nokia n1 is playing dolphin emu nfs. Need for speed for really slow.

The Zenfone 2 cannot run Dolphin (yet), as it has the Intel Atom chip. If you're referring to this Need for Speed test video, then the tablet that is running Dolphin is actually the NVIDIA Tegra K1 which has an ARM processor.

The Zenfone 2 can not run dolphin.
It has a 64bit CPU but its userspace is only 32bit.
Dolphin dropped support for 32bit x86 quite a long while ago, so it won't ever run on that device.
