Meh, it must be related to the GTK+ theme or the DE you're using then.

In Slackware 14.1 i tried KDE,Xfce,Icewm,Blackbox,Windowmaker,TWM, and Fluxbox. In Fluxbox when i had dolphin maximized the about box looked correctly.

I'm using Arch Linux, and I've tested the about box on KDE, Xfce, and Cinnamon, and it looks proper on all three, it's definitely looking like a Slack thing, can someone with another distro confirm?
