okay i downloaded dolphin recently and im new to this whole thing i managed to get it running fine but there is a problem see i wanted to hook up my xbox 360 controller to my pc to play dolphin and i tried everything xpadder i didnt no how to use though and switchblade wouldent allow me to log in because it said it had network problems or something so i couldent register anyways could someone help me with this please ive spent hours on this still nothing Thnx

you don't need xpadder
Use the 360 plugin
enable the check box and your set
Are you useing wireless or cord?

umm im using wired but its like with the charger thing so its actually wireless but when i hook it up to the charger it has a usb at the end of it so the pc recognized so im using that

if the 360 plugin doesn't work you can try njoy instead.
That's an alternative.

yo im xp and what is njoy sry im new to this also how do u turn the xbox 360 plugin on im really new to this could u expain it to thnx how to do it thnx again

Config--> Plugins-->Under the Pad option make sure x360 is default--> config--> under where it says "XInput Pad" select enable 360 pad.
Also list your revision.

yo dude umm its not letting me do that its like frozen so i cant enable does the xbox controller have to be on its just flashing it doesent say 1st player or anything like that and its in the pc cuz its like charging so wat do it do now? the box to enable it is like frozen its not letting me click it plz help me i wanna play lol reply asap thnx

You won't be able to play any games at this stage.
Are you sure its being recognized by the PC?

im using the charge pack and its like full and i intsalled the hardware for the controller to and when i plug in the controller it says usb device so does the controller have to be connected to the xbox first or wat plz help

The "charge pack" (Play And Charge) cable does not transfer data. It is only a charger via USB. Windows "detects" the charger, not the controller.
To use a wireless 360 controller on a PC, you must use an "Xbox 360™ Wireless Gaming Receiver for Windows®". I personally own 2 of these, they're awesome for things like Dolphin and XBMC.
