2 questions - WarWeeny - 09-05-2009

ok first things firstSmile

amd 7750 duo @ 3.2 ghz
4gb ram
nvidea 9800 gt 512 mb
dolphin 4173 (duocore enabled optimize, quantizer disabled the rest is standard like i opened the rar file)

i have recently bought okami for the wii and wanted to know if i could play it on dolphin. i get sound but the screen remains black...with the ocasional white ...thingies (goes white then goes to black) i tried multple things but i cant get is to work >.> hope someone actually had it working..if not...Sad

and my second question Smile

where can i find my savegames from the wii? (in dolphin ofcourse ^^)
everytime i dl a new revision of dolphin i lose my savegames of the wii...so where can i find these? i already found the memorycards of the cube but no wii savedata found yet... hope someone can help me here Smile

1st question - try dolphinIL in your emu directory

2nd question - go to your emu directory. Your saves will be saved at User/Wii/Title but theres a easy way to find your saves. Right-Click in your wii game from your game browser. Press Open Save Folder. You i'll get you game saves there

1. Choose Sonic & the Black Knight from the hack list in GFX settings. Also enable Safe Texture Cache

i tried both solutions but it still remains black.
even the menu of the wii isnt showing (H on keyboard)

also tried it on the newest 4203 but still no image >.>

Make sure you're using the OpenGL GFX plugin, the Direct3D one still needs a lot of work and causes very strange issues on many games. (For example, Smash Brawl shows all 2d sprites as 1px wide and has Z-layering issues)

Many people choose Direct3D because it's a name more people recognize, but it's the lesser-developed of the two.

i dont use any other gfx plugin Smile i found out soon enough when i tried that XD

yet i still dont have the problem solved. it is still black Sad
