1st You should have closed the other thread just because of him
2nd this was in discussion ok?
Do you think that should be a warning in the top of the registering page like this?

It would prevent any ilegal infringement.

Its a good idea but it should be a users responsibility to learn all the rules on a forum before posting. Maybe this should be restated that the Dolphin icon at the top has a section that says, "Dolphin Emulator Forum Rules" next to the "To main Dolphin Site".

Most of them are stupid anyway.
But I would say that before the ban hammer strikes, the to-be-banned user should be given a warning. To ban without a personal warning is not the right way.

What other reason is there to ban a person if they are not a pirate?
No one's that bad.
