1) why there is no restart button in the emu ??!
2) when i open harvest moon tot in the first time the fps between 36-42
3) when i closed and open it i see the fps 68-71
4) my request is MAKE RESTART BUTTON
5) and my quastion is why that happen ??!!

Because he is admin rofl. Anyways, recently JP made some commits on restart option, but it restarts emulator, not the game (for the game it should be "Reset" not "Restart")

Resetting might be a slight problem with the OpenGL plugin with dual core off since restarting would practically involve stopping then playing again

there is know way in hell that guy is a fucking admin!!!
