Using NvidiaInspector, I'm finding an option labeled "Enable Application for Optimus" near the very bottom of all the options; might be able to do something by adding a profile for Dolphin and fiddling with that...

Get a different OS

Windows 7 works fine for me, so it probably isn't that the OS is bad, but possibly broken.

Can you disable your integrated Intel graphics in the BIOS? That might force Dolphin to use the nVidia card (or cause Dolphin to say you don't have a supported GPU).

-Windows use Intel HD all the time . If you disable it via bios , your laptop screen will turn black and you will not able to see anything
Don't do that

It works in a desktop environment, so I thought I'd suggest it. I have had my Intel IGPU disabled from day 1 and never had a problem, but laptops are certainly more picky than desktops.

NvidiaInspector didn't work, i also tried disabling intel hd and indeed the screen turned black, i had to enable it using a external screen with hdmi, something funny, i can force the Nvidia GPU only when i connect a external screen and set it as main display, but only that way

You can also reinstall W7

Yeah, laptops tend wire the display to the Intel iGPU and leave the dedicated one to do its thing

Frankly, I'm starting to believe it's that time as well.. May as well start backing up important docs and stuff and wiping it

Wait, let me be more specific.
A *non* pirated version of W7. If you pirate you're likely to get the same problem
