You can play both Master Quest and the original Ocarina of time on an N64 emulator. I use Project64 with the very latest 1964 video plugin and use hi-res texture packs that make the game look awesome.

maybe he doesn't have the game for the 64 and doesn't know how to rip them on the 64

No, i just dont want to play it on pj64 no matter what lol. No time for asking for reasons just i REALLY dont want to play it on pj64

You want to run another program without rebooting the entire system, so the game tells the system to soft reboot from this dol file. Dolphin does not know how to do that.
