Guitar Hero 5 playable - nosound97 - 09-03-2009 So with this patch, you're able to play Guitar Hero 5. Game is not full speed anyways and it has flickering graphics and other bad stuff, but none the less, it's playable. Note: I'm not the author of this patch, person who created it preferred to remain anonymous, so all thanks to him ^^ Warning: works for NTSC only Patch: Code: +$Get ingameAlso added in latest INI database revision.
RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - cmccmc - 09-03-2009 i almost didn't see the part where u uploaded it to the database and i almost did it
RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - d3t0x - 12-13-2009 I'm trying to get GH5 working in dolphin SVN R4651, the patch is apparently already set up by default, but the game still doesn't work. I get the error that /dev/usb/hid is an unknown device, Followed by device lost, followed by several framebuffer errors until the emulator crashes. Is there anything I need to do to get it going in game? RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - StripTheSoul - 12-17-2009 there's no problem getting ingame (dunno if that patch is kinda worked into Dolphin or if it just ain't needed anymore)...the same applies to GH:Smash Hits and GH:Metallica, btw ![]() Anyway, there's still this headache-giving flickering...nothing one can do about that? RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - nosound97 - 12-17-2009 Patch is already included in latest revisions for long, you just didn't mention it
RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - StripTheSoul - 12-17-2009 yeah, I just found it in the game properties ^^ Anyway...that flickering is unbearable -_- RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - Ryuzaki - 02-19-2010 It's annoying that the screen goes and comes, any solutions for that? And also how can i play with keyboard? RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - channjose - 02-19-2010 is the game runs at full speed during gameplay as rockband 2? No RE: Guitar Hero 5 playable - Ocean - 02-20-2010 Due to massive screen blink rate, IMO it's not playable... But it does boot up and function properly, so the problem seems to be just related to video/visual rendering instead of an actual emulation problem. |
