Playing Sonic Colors right now and I can ALMOST run it perfectly. I figure limiting my FPS to 30 oughta give my stable performance. However, if I limit my FPS to 30, my game does get a steady FPS, but the VPS is also 30.
I don't see the "Limit by FPS" option that used to be there. How do I limit only my FPS and not the VPS as well?

That option is long, long gone. IIRC it was removed because it was hacky and broke compatibility, so you're kinda SOL if you wanted the option--but it doesn't matter since you should always have your framelimit set to auto unless you're specifically testing something. If you can almost run it perfectly, my suggestion is to crank down the IR one step.

Limit by FPS wouldn't matter for this case anyway. You're still affecting the VPS.
