AMD Turbo Core problem - ezek - 12-08-2014

Hello! I just got a new laptop, a Lenovo with an AMD A10-7300 processor (1.9Ghz-3.2Ghz quad core with TurboCore) with Radeon R6 graphics. The problem is that when I play a game on Dolphin my processor stays in 1.9Ghz, and worse, if the processor is running more than 1.9Ghz it goes down to 1.9Ghz again!! That only happens with Dolphin, does anyone know how to solve this issue?

If you had Llano APU (first gen mobile AMD APU) , you could overclock it by using K10stat
The only way to fix this issue is to do that
Unfortunately , Trinity (2nd gen) and the later APU don't work with K10stat . You better find other program
Do it at your own risk though
But before overclocking , you should check this out :

You should read this:
https://forums.dolphin-emu.org/Thread-unofficial-laptop-performance-guide

Also, your cpu might clock down, because it's sharing the power limit with the gpu part. Since Dolphin depends more on the cpu performance, you might want to set your graphics to power saving mode. And the cpu to high performance of course. As weird as it sounds, it might allow to run Dolphin better. I'm not sure if this will help, but you should ty it.
