assigning mixed controls? - d8thstar - 12-04-2014

hi all,

i have a few ultrastick joysticks on my arcade machine and a keyboard encoder for the buttons. when i try and set up player two in dolphin, i can only seem to get either the joystick working or the buttons, just not both.

the joystick works when "Dinput/0/Ultimarc Ultrastick Player 2" is selected.

the buttons work when "Dinput/0/Keyboard Mouse" is selected.

is there no way for me to assign the stick for movement and the buttons for key presses?

thanks

You can by using Advanced Input. Right-click the button you want to assign and a new window will appear. Here you can select a specific device for the button you're mapping...
