Will this run Mario Bros Sunshine? - Apphoard - 11-29-2014

HP Pavilion P6710F Windows 64bit
AMD Athlon II X4 640 Processor 3.0GHZ
DDR3 8 GBytes memory
NVIDIA GeForce 210 512 MB

I am having problems running Mario Bros Sunshine,Glaxy at full screen. It runs them fine with the screen minimized or made smaller.What does that tell you? Do I need a better processor or video card? I saw a cheap 2GB video card I could get.I am just looking to play these Mario games or similar at 50 fps.

Mario Sunshine, probably; SMG, less probability. Why? Because SMG is more demanding than SMS, your CPU wouldn´t cut it. Your hardware is somewhat old. Anyway, try the latest dev build and see how it goes.

Your CPU will run SMS at playable framerate or full speed
Your GPU is terrible though . It's fine if you play game at lowest settings . However , you want to play game at higher resolution , right ?

That doesn't mean anything . High amount of VRAM on a low-end GPU is useless
Look at the graphic card model
Look at the middle number . For Example :
_GT 710 2GB vs Asus 9800GT 512MB , 9800GT run way faster than GT 710 even though it's an older model
AMD 6670 is dirt-cheap (20->50 bucks) . If you get 6670 GDDR5 , you can run games at 1080p
