unknown pointer error with kirby's return to dreamland wii - wolfenizcar - 11-18-2014 plz help, trying to play the wii game kirby's return to dreamland and keep getting unknown pointer 0xd0502e29c0 here are my specs: Windows 7 Home intel core i7-2600s 2.8ghz 8gb DDR3 corsair AMD Radeon HD 6570 Dolphin ver. r7477 which I got from another site but also tried version 3.0 from here RE: unknown pointer error with kirby's return to dreamland wii - Shonumi - 11-18-2014 You're using old, outdated builds which we no longer support. This problem probably doesn't exist anymore in recent builds. 4.0.2 is the minimum required if you want forum support (but it's not recommended since it's slow). Instead, use the latest development revisions since they're much, much faster. It's not nearly as fast as the latest revisions. The latest revisions are easily 30%+ faster than the last stable release, which is why I recommended it. This "unknown pointer issue" has likely been fixed for years, which is also why you should use the latest revisions. Plus this is a great game, everyone deserves to enjoy it in Dolphin
