Ok so I have been diddling around with dolphin and certain games that I've loved from gamecube. I got Pokemon colosseum and a few other games to worth at either 100% speed with 60FPS or somewhere at least close to that, except Pokemon XD Gale of Darkness. This was the first one I tried and I looked everywhere for good enough settings that would work with it but alas none have helped. Basically, what I am asking is "can my computer run XD at full speeds". If so what major settings are good for it, if anyone has experience with this.
Specs: Intel Core i7-3632QM CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.2GHz
Graphics: Intel 4000
RAM: 8GB
OS: Windows, Lenovo
Dolphin 4.0.2
Currently it runs at about 75% with 21-23 FPS

You can try the latest versions first off as they are faster

Oh well that worked pretty well lol since they throw 4.0.2 on the front page of the website I assumed that was the one I should use thanks
