When i playing with the power supply i get 60fps with the game but without this the emu lock the game at 30fps, i tried to uncheck v sync and lower the graphic to a minimum, to set in nvidia control panel management mode of power to maximum performance and to set hight performance in battery setting but the result is the same in all the test, 30fps lock.
