i7-4790k Can it run it? - DolphinCube - 10-20-2014
My PC is super beefy so I think most games will be able to work fine but I've never emulated gamecube before.
***I did read the Rules so hopefully everything in this post is okay***
Specs:
CPU: i7-4790k
GPU: gtx 760
RAM: 8gb
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
The main games I'm hoping to play are Mario Kart Double Dash, Super Smash Melee obv, Star Fox Assault, and I can't remember the other games I have.
As for the detail I don't know a whole lot. I've only emulated PS2 before which I was able to do at normal speeds.
I feel since I have one of the best CPUs I would be able to run most games at normal speeds. Would Star Fox and Super Smash bros work at normal speeds?

I will tell you that, that processor is not only "good enough", but it can most likely run GCN/Wii at about x4 speed, it's to fast forwarding the emulation if you so choose. It's super awesome processor.
