has nothing to do with it
i ran dolphin on 512MB once

its about virtual memory Wink

EDIT: also, file->open is broken atm. we are working on it

Terrible processor and graphics for Dolphin
expect negative fps :p

Netbooks will never be gaming machines, that's what desktops and gaming laptops are for.

Daco - I see now that it just says "memory"... I'll still assume that having 2GB or more of RAM is ideal for Dolphin.

Maybe not Hardcore gaming machines , but my MSI Wind runs GTA San Andreas Just Fine !

netbook is shit, all the composant are shit
the processor is shit, your P4 à 2ghz is more powerfull than a intel Atom (1.6ghz) of netbook.
and netbook have the worst graphic card that you can have in a computer.

if you would play dolphin
Buy a pc ! , not a netbook or notebook
and chose a dual core (for example AMD Athlon II 240 (or more powerfull AMD Phenom II X4 955) or Intel Pentium Dual Core E6300 (or Core2duo E8400) for example.
