Hi, I tested the new builds and I found since the rev 3561 all the builds show framedrops, all my games run at 60fps with the 3559, but with 3561 and newer run at 45-40fps.
Theres some new options that I missed or is new features problem.

My fault, I accidentally disabled block linking by default when fixing the fact that debugging accidentally disabled block linking by default.
https://github.com/dolphin-emu/dolphin/pull/1246 should fix it.
