Enable Dual Core and Idle Skipping, also tell which games you are trying to run

Before getting into any game-specific settings and tweaks..
For an overall performance boost in both games and Dolphin (And your OS), check the The "TweakGuides Tweaking Companion", many people report problems with Dolphin and in some cases these are due to general system issues and not the emulator itself. With that in mind I strongly urge you to take some time and follow the advice below if you truly want Dolphin, and indeed every other game you own, to run at its fastest and most trouble-free.

well im playing One Piece Unlimited Aventure.. the only problem in the game is,, to BRIGHT and when they move its very slow. but the intro is very fast.. so i don't really get it ...
so is there any way to FIX the BRIGHTNESS ???
and FIX the Slow Motion? or speed thing up a little..
