Dolphin will only reliably work with Genuine Nintendo Wiimotes, unfortunately, although you can use accessories (such as a nunchuck) from any manufacturer. That means the Wiimote you picked out probably won't work.
As for sensor bars, the Mayflash DolphinBar is pretty much the best USB sensor bar (short of making one yourself). Unlike wireless ones, it won't eat through batteries, which is nice. It also has the bluetooth built in, and handles Wiimotes' finicky connections itself, so is generally better than other bluetooth adapters. There's a review on Dolphin's blog covering this in more detail.

I recently got a Mayflash Dolphin bar and i highly recommend it, after you do the firmware upgrade (if you want to use a TR wii remote plus) it's basically plug & play, no drivers needed as well, the review here has all the info you need

Keep in mind i use an official Nintendo wii remote, you take a risk with the cheap fake ones, they might work they might not.
And i think that risk is higher with the Mayflash as it was designed to work with real wii remotes, where as you might be more lucky with a bluetooth device + toshiba stack + fake wii remote (but don't quote me on that)

Actually the opposite is probably more accurate. We honestly don't know if 3rd party wiimotes will work with the Dolphinbar or not. Since the Dolphinbar doesn't relay bluetooth stuff with the OS, it actually might work... But we do know for a fact that 3rd party wiimotes do NOT work on any bluetooth stack, including the Toshiba Stack and even the superbly awesome linux bluetooth stacks that have supported -TR remotes for years.
Do not mistake this for a recommendation for 3rd party wiimotes. They probably won't work. But they might. If someone buys a 3rd party wiimote and tries it on the Dolphinbar, it's a risk. But I'd be very interested to know the results of that.

Interesting, it's tempting to buy a fake wii remote to see if it will work or not. So far this user in this post wrote mixed results.

Also even if it works i think the plus functionality doesn't work properly with any fake wii remote or at least you have to be extremely lucky.

So this mayflash dolphin bar doesn't use battery, it uses usb to plug it to the computer. But i have one problem that I think I will encounter. I prefer to play wii games through hdmi from pc to tv instead of pc to monitor. The tv will a little far away from my desktop computer. wonder if the usb is long enough for the distance.

The cable it comes with is pretty short, and sometimes won't even reach to a monitor on top of the desk the computer's under, but extenders are cheap.

Recently got the mayflash bar and is connected with a 49 foot usb extender to my pc and works fine. If you are going to be using dolphin a lot for Wii games, dolphinbar is the way to go. It will pay for itself in batteries in short time.
