I do not understand the shake of the Wiimote settings

I play Power Rangers Samurai but I do not know how to swing

The swing buttons are assigned to keys from keyboard seen on screenshot. Press one of them and you´ll be swinging. Right-click the mouse (I think that equals to "Click2") in-game and you´ll be shaking.

Pressing the H key, of course (that one´s assigned to swing to the right).
