Or get two standart TV remotes and apply some tape to each one so that a button is constanlty pressed. Now place one to the right and the other one to the left of you screen.

Finaly, it's working!
Dolphin always say "Nunchuk is not connected" no matter what I do, but IN the game it's actually working!!
For the pointer, try different distances. Maybe depends on how strong the IR light source you use, I don't know (for the test, I used two little candle -> the range was very limited...).

I recently bought wiimote. I think I played through each game once, total of 20 minutes, tops? Utterly horrible. I couldn't tell you what I did with the disc either. I think it might've gone all Mission Impossible on me and destroyed itself.
