hello,
What is the best non gaming laptop I can get for school, that can run dolphin at a high speed. Im looking to emulate some pretty demanding games, and my price range is under $1500.

With that price tag, you can get a gaming laptop that will be good for all but the most demanding games. Any reason you don't want a gaming laptop?
