Individual graphics settings? - ymo1965 - 09-02-2014
Hi All,
I have a quick question. I've noticed that some games require different graphics options to get them to function ok.
Example: Eternal Darkness seems to only display ok for me using Direct3D, If I try OpenGL its fails (intro text disappears etc)
Could the devs implement an option to set a different graphics renderer on a game-by-game basis. I.e Each game can be
either opengl, direct3d etc?
I have right-clicked games and looked at the properties but can't seem to see something that can give users a way to set
options for individual games needs.
If there is an option to do this then apologies...

I looked in the Dolphin folder and see nothing.

In dolphin's gamelist right click the game iso and select properties, then click the button down left to edit your local gameini which should be a blanc text file. Copy paste the lines you want from the link i gave you, and close the file saving your changes.

Totally awesome, huge thanks indeed. I think perhaps when I saw that option earlier I assumed it wasn't the right one because it was blank.
