If you have both a real Wiimote and a real Nunchuk directly from Nintendo. - Immersible - 08-26-2014

Have: Real Wiimote + Real Nunchuk (both straight from Nintendo/first party source) + Dolphin Version 4.0.2

When used in "Real Wiimote setting" in Dolphin Wiimote Configuration, both the Wiimote and Nunchuk are confirmed to work perfectly.

Problem: I don't have an IR sensor. Therefore, I want to use my mouse for IR, but at the same time, use both my real controllers to play; when pressing the buttons. The Hybrid Wiimote setting enables usage of the mouse as IR exactly the way I want it to. But it doesn't detect the real Nunchuk when I do this; only detects the Wiimote. Meanwhile, the Real Wiimote setting allows me to use both my controllers, but I cannot use the mouse for IR.

Solution please?

This is not directly related to your issue, but why are you using 4.0? You should be using at least 4.0.2 from our website - https://dolphin-emu.org/download/

I could play with nunchuks, maybe is a driver related issue?
