Another Issue..Dol 3.5 Gamecube Keyboard Input wont work - Lunette - 08-26-2014

I tried all the selections in the box with my saved controls, and even made my own controls with little success. I start the game and no keys will work. I press enter, x,y whatever key I set to A button or whatever and nothing.

When I try to change things what I click when it says 'waiting' it appears in the text box up above that too! Really frustrating.

Dolphin 3.5 is not supported anymore. Use 4.0.2 at a minimum. Ideally, use the latest development builds.

The higher I go the more power I need, from my knowledge, and the game doesnt work well on 4.0, and 3.5 was supposed to meet my expectations. I was trying to play a heavy graphics wii game on 3.0 and went 3.5 just for that reason, but I find it quite frustrating that I can't touch the game cube side of things at all.

This shouldn't have been a problem to begin with. There has to be some way to fix it.

Is there some kind person who could help me out a bit? Please.

The latest development revisions (4.0-2xxx) are the fastest ever made, despite 4.0.2 being pretty much the slowest. Lots of accuracy improvements have been made recently, which has made performance improvements easier to implement.

As AON3 pointed out, the latest development builds are faster than 3.5. Hardware requirements have been going down, not up.

It is a problem actually, since there's the possibility that using a newer build is exactly what might fix your issue. You won't be able to say for sure unless you try 4.0.2 or the latest development builds.

Not until you use a supported build. We're serious about it. 3.5 is old and buggy; we won't support it on these forums.

Well, nevermind.

So far I'm running 3.0 and 3.5. Gamecube games on 3.0, wii on 3.5. It works -shrugs-

thanks for taking the time to reply nonetheless.
