And putting all the files in the right place, I still can't connect.
I play Animal Crossing: Let's Go to the City with the Wiimmfi patch for PC using Dolphin Emulator 4.0. I just want to play with a friend.
I always get the same error code: 23915
I know that dolphin is banned but I thought that NAND dumping would fix it, but it didn't change anything.
Any suggestions on what should I do, or another sites where I can ask for help? I will give extra information if needed, of course.

Also, I tried starting over, but I can't connect to get a friend code, or open the gate.

The patch isn´t designed to work with such an old build. Try latest dev build: https://dolphin-emu.org/download/
